A little about me

I’ve lived in the Peak District nearly all my life, but was born in Wales (hence the name).

My diet doesn’t look like “chicken, rice and broccoli” 3 times a day.

I love answering questions, but if I don’t know the answer, i’ll let you know. And I’ll definetely know by the end of the day.

If you want to get on my good side, bring me a big coffee or a double-decker.

Philosophy

Your body is how you interact with the world.

Therefore, looking after it is paramount!

I’m willing to work with anyone that will put in the effort, regardless of age, gender, weight, health or training experience.

Progress not perfection

Regardless of where you are starting, and what you want to achieve, being able to see and measure consistent progress is key!

Qualifications

I hold the level 2 Gym Instructor & Level 3 Personal Trainer qualifications. These are recognised by the REP (Register of Exercise Professionals).

Beyond that, I have worked in the fitness Industry for over a decade learning effective coaching, efficient programming and applying it to countless individuals.

My Masters Degree was actually in Mechanical Engineering. I bring the same attention to detail, scientific principles and rigorous mentality to Personal Training.
